Having travelled to Girona, Spain, you’ll find incredible recording facilities run by Jaume Figueras. Estudis Ground is not just a music-friendly facility, but rather an incredible atmosphere of creativity, nature, and inspiration with vintage equipment. Located just 10 minutes away from Girona, I assisted and recorded this incredible studio jazz album by pianist Rémi Panosian and his unique project with his childhood friends; drums and percussion Frédéric Petiprez & double bass and cello player Maxime Delporte.

Traces of chic comedy, epic moments of sensitivity and introspective virtuosity can be found on this album. I was able to be part of the recording process with his personal sound engineer, Arthur Ower, and was on hand on a daily basis to help them find the ideal attitude for the performance of the songs.
